Georgia Tech’s Premier Pre-Professional Organization for Undergraduate Women

The Society of Women in Business is a group of 120 undergraduate women from all years and areas of study. Our main goal is to develop our members through our three pillars of community, development, and networking.

Women Supporting Other Women

SWIB is dedicated to empowering the community of women in business in the Atlanta area. One of the ways we help to do this is through the Project Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility, who fosters the organization’s passion for service and creates new opportunities for community engagement.

Our Fall 2024 new members had the opportunity to attend a New Member Social at Paper & Clay Studio to bond with fellow new members and paint coasters.

Women Teaching Other Women.

It is incredibly important for us to use the business knowledge we have to help one another learn how to operate in the business world. We lead resume workshops and host Networking Nights with employers and alumni. We also have plenty of leadership positions available, giving undergraduate women experience in leading others.

Women Connecting With Other Women.

Above all, the main focus of SWIB is to form meaningful connections with other pre-professional and professional women in business. This would not be possible without our incredible corporate sponsors, who donate their time or resources to provide our members with greater exposure of the corporate world. We routinely meet with women from various companies and industries, providing our members a vast range of networking opportunities.
